Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking available
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is as straightforward as adjusting your handlebars.
Our Return Promise
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – Our Durham-based team will review your request (usually within 24 hours) and send return instructions
- Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service
- Receive your refund or exchange item once we’ve processed your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Depending on your bank, it may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The process is the same as returns – just specify in your email that you’d like an exchange. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Used saddles (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or special order items
- Items not in original condition or packaging
Pro Tip: Please inspect your saddle carefully upon arrival as used saddles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
